Each Track 101 Class costs $40. With that, you’ll get bike rental, clip-in cycling shoes, helmet rental, coaching and track time as part of the package.
The class lasts for an hour, during which a cycling coach will help you become familiar with the bike, the track, and riding onto the banking.
So you’ve passed Track 101 and you’re hooked? The next step is to sign up for the Track 201 Class. Track 201 is $40 and once you pass that you’ll be able to ride the velodrome at your leisure. Check out the options below to book an open riding session.
There are three options: a daily cycling pass for $40, a monthly membership for $99 or a yearly membership for $399. Regardless, bike rentals are only $10 with a membership. Scroll down to select your preferred membership and book your Track 201 Class today.
Congratulations on successfully completing Track 101 and Track 201 classes! You are now eligible to join in the daily open riding sessions. Here you will have the opportunity to become more familiar with riding the track and gaining experience.
Please note that riders aged 17 and under must receive approval before taking part in open sessions and should be supervised by a parent or guardian unless approved by a coach.
When you are ready and approved by a coach you can participate in the appropriate evening training session. Various nights are available to fit your skill level.

We are dedicated to increasing youth participation in cycling. Enrolling them in our Track 101, Track 201 or Training Sessions is absolutely free. Kids 17 years old and under who want to ride the track are always free at Mad Track Arena.
This session is for new adult riders plus 17 and under advanced 201 riders. Please check with the coach to see if this is the session for you. You’ll practice skills and have some fun! Parents are welcome.
The session is for intermediate & elite riders. The intermediate session consists of a 50-70 lap warm-up off track for a roll-up finish, back up for 30 lap roll-up finish, 20+ mph average speed, 3 drills, and a cool down. The elite session consists of an 80-100 lap warm-up, 25+ mph average speed, 3 drills, and a cool down.
This session is divided into 2 groups, newer riders, and elite sprinters. It consists of a 40-lap warm-up, 15+ mph average speed (beginner) / 18+ mph average speed (intermediate), 3 drills, and a cool down.
The elite sprinters will be training at speeds of 30+ mph.
The session is for intermediate & elite riders. These sessions are for riders who want to ride the velodrome at their own pace. Open ride sessions are available Friday & Saturday throughout the day. These sessions will not be available if there is a race or special event.
