Start by creating an account in your name, then scroll down on this page to “purchase” the free Senior Walking/Fitness Membership.

Once your account is set up and your membership is active, you can head to the schedule and reserve your preferred morning fitness session.

Please note: Free access is available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 12 PM only. Use of the facility outside of these hours requires payment.

The Eddie Tolan (ET) Oval is the flat track located just outside our velodrome, featuring four dedicated lanes. Two lanes are reserved for slower-paced activities like walking and jogging, while the other two are designated for higher-speed activities such as running and skating.

This session is divided into 2 groups, newer riders, and elite sprinters. It consists of a 40-lap warm-up, 15+ mph average speed (beginner) / 18+ mph average speed (intermediate), 3 drills, and a cool down.

The elite sprinters will be training at speeds of 30+ mph.
